We've been waiting for you! It's true, because we believe that every person who comes into the circle of this special fellowship was sent by God Himself. It's not by accident that we have the joy of meeting you. So above all else we want to express Christ's love to you with genuine, heartfelt warmth. We're eager to know you, and we're excited to share with you the marvelous ways God is working in our Church.
It won't take you long to discover that this is truly a family, rich in the relationships that matter most. Growing together, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn, and we reach out to our world with life-transforming truth. We reach out to you, as well. Our doors are open. Our hearts are open, too. If you've been thinking, praying, searching and hoping for a place to belong, we at Way of the Cross say again-

ATTENTION ALL READERS The Widows Home in Dayton is in great need of new and used books! At this time we are unable to keep certain titles on the shelf. For that reason we are asking specifically for donations of any new or used Karen Kingsbury titles. Books can be dropped off at the church and Becke Jackson will make sure they get to the Widows Home. As you know Christian books serve to impact many lives. We appreciate our church family pulling together to help meet this important need.

Resurrection Study and Testimonial by Paula Hartman March 3, 2013
Book of the Month: "Circle
Maker" by Pastor Mark
Batterson
Publisher's Description
According to Pastor Mark Batterson in his book,
The Circle Maker, 'Drawing prayer circles around our dreams
isn't just a mechanism whereby we accomplish great things
for God. It's a mechanism whereby God accomplishes great
things in us.' Do you ever sense that there's far more to
prayer, and to God's vision for your life, than what you're
experiencing? It's time you learned from the legend of Honi
the Circle Maker---a man bold enough to draw a circle in
the sand and not budge from inside it until God answered
his prayers for his people. What impossibly big dream is
God calling you to draw a prayer circle around? Sharing
inspiring stories from his own experiences as a circle
maker, Mark Batterson will help you uncover your heart's
deepest desires and God-given dreams and unleash them
through the kind of audacious prayer that God delights to
answer.
Resurrection chapter - Paul eye witness
Witnesses to Christ resurrection.
If we have the hope of Christ we to are to witness
to His resurrection.
1 Corinthians 15:19-33 King James Version (KJV)
19 If in this life only we have hope in
Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and
become the firstfruits of them that slept.
21 For since by man came death, by man came
also the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ
shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the
firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his
coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have
delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he
shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all
enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is
death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet.
But when he saith all things are put under him, it is
manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under
him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto
him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him
that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
29 Else what shall they do which are baptized
for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they
then baptized for the dead?
30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?
31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in
Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
32 If after the manner of men I have fought
with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead
rise not? let us eat and drink; for tomorrow we die.
33 Be not deceived: evil communications
corrupt good manners.
to give the first part of the harvest insures you
will receive the second part of the harvest.
Christ is promised to return again.....
Christianity is the only religion that believes
there will be a resurrection of all the previously deceased
and those who are alive as well to Christ.
His founding belief of Christianity is the belief
that Jesus rose from the dead.
1. Don’t listen to people who reject the
resurrection. Be a witness that He lives.
2. Judges 1:20 division of the promises land between
the 12 tribes of Israel. As long as we live with the faith
that Christ rose and now lives we have an inheritance but
to give up on that faith is to die.
5 rulers were not driven out that still effect our
